Welcome To Rolling Greens Golf Course
Formerly named Durand Golf Club, which was established during the 1930's, Rolling Greens Golf Club is a mature course on gently rolling terrain. There is an abundance of trees throughout the layout, with each hole clearly defined. There are selectively few sand traps, however two ponds come into play on holes #2 and #5.
The course has a wonderful design with no two holes alike. The greens are not necessarily large but generous aprons around all greens allows for easier chipping. The greens at Rolling Greens are just that - "Rolling". They are the great equalizer on this golf course. Many of the greens have dramatic slopes and undulations which make putting a sure challenge and requires placement of approach shots below the hole.
The keys to playing our golf course well are: 1. to drive the ball in the fairway for the course is not long. If you find yourself missing fairways, you're going to also find yourself in trouble. And 2. Try to keep your approach shots below the hole, leaving yourself uphill putts.
You may find this course easy one day, seemingly making easy pars and birdies, then the next time making bogeys and double bogeys.
We take great pride in the condition of Rolling Greens Golf Course. The greens are always quick, the fairways plush and the roughs are cut at a length of 2 1/4".
It is a beautiful golf course and a joy to play. We look forward to seeing you and serving you.
Rolling Greens is owned by Curt Radle and Sharlene Dock.
